How quickly can I access my vehicle?

Retrieval timing depends on your membership tier. Basic requires 48-hour notice, Premium 24-hour priority access, and Premium Plus offers expedited options.

Is the facility climate-controlled?

Yes. All vehicles are stored indoors in a climate-managed environment designed to reduce moisture and long-term degradation.

Is my vehicle insured while stored?

We maintain appropriate garage keeper’s coverage. Members are also required to maintain active insurance. Details are reviewed during intake.

Do you offer vehicle transport?

Premium Plus includes complimentary transport within a 20-mile radius. Additional transport options are available upon request.

Can I have detailing or protection services done while stored?

Yes. Members receive priority scheduling and preferred pricing on ESM detailing, PPF, and ceramic services.

Is this month-to-month?

Memberships are structured month-to-month with a simple agreement. Founding members may lock preferred rates prior to opening.
